
Natal Convention Center
Natal hosts several events and congresses. For such occasions, the city has the Natal Convention Center, which is the main convention center in Rio Grande do Norte. Located on Via Costeira, a 10 km long avenue along the sea. The complex belongs to the Government of Rio Grande do Norte.
Designed and completed in 1983, its purpose is to host congresses, seminars, meetings, artistic events, fairs and exhibitions. The convention center is located inside Parque das Dunas, facing the sea and close to several luxury hotels, with bars, restaurants, beaches, shopping malls, bike paths, tourist agencies, a rental company and a multitude of services.
The Natal Convention Center received the Jacaré de Ouro during the 10th edition of the Caio Award as the best large-scale convention center in the Northeast for events. The city received a Golden Alligator in the “Destination for Small and Medium-Sized Events in the Northeast Region” category. The Caio award is considered the highest award in the hotel industry in Brazil.
